01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 786wn platform — whether through the website at 786wn.com, the mobile app, or any other interface we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. 03 Account Responsibilities

Once your 786wn account is registered, you are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your credentials. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and any other actions taken while logged into your account.

You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. Do not share your login details with anyone — including family members. 786wn staff will never ask you to provide your password through any channel, including live chat or email.

• You must update your account information promptly if any details change, particularly contact information used for security verification.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are secure when accessing 786wn.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 786wn are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly, though processing times can vary by payment method and may occasionally be subject to delays outside our control. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 786wn does not accept deposits made with funds sourced from criminal activity or any unlawful means.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These are shown within your account at the time of deposit.
• 786wn reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before crediting deposits in certain circumstances.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, or to a verified account held in your own name.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe specified in the Deposit and Withdrawal section of the platform. Processing times vary by method.
• Before your first withdrawal — and at our discretion thereafter — identity verification documents may be required. This is a standard process to protect account holders and prevent fraud.
• Any active bonus funds in your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding real money funds can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown within your account at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• 786wn reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, rule violations, or errors.
• Winnings generated through an identifiable error or technical fault on any game or betting market may be voided at 786wn's discretion pending review.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed alongside the promotion at the time it is made available.

The following general bonus rules apply across all 786wn promotions unless a specific offer explicitly states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real money funds that have met the applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim a welcome offer multiple times through duplicate accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonuses claimed using inaccurate information or in violation of these Terms will be voided along with any winnings derived from them.
• 786wn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already opted in, reasonable notice will be given and any qualifying activity already completed will be honoured.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and are credited to accounts at 786wn's sole discretion. No cash equivalent will be offered in place of a declined or expired bonus.

07 Betting Rules

786wn's sportsbook covers cricket including PSL and T20 international fixtures, football, esports, tennis, and other markets. The following rules govern all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation and 786wn is not liable for odds movements between the time you view and submit a selection.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference is issued, it is binding. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where the platform's cash-out feature is available and the player elects to use it.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or declared void, bets on that event will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules displayed in the betting section.
• 786wn reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were made available in error, where odds were clearly incorrect, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are shown within the bet placement interface.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time, particularly during key match events. Bets submitted during a suspension will not be accepted.

08 Casino & Slot Games

786wn's casino section includes online slots, live casino with real dealers, table games, and other game formats. All games on the platform are provided by third-party game developers and operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology.

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG systems and are not influenced by 786wn or any player. Past results do not affect future outcomes.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are clearly displayed before you begin playing.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game server. If the round had already begun before the disconnection, it will be completed and the result applied to your balance.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 786wn. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of any pending bets, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one 786wn account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point including registration, verification, or when contacting support.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the platform. Winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, particularly in live casino games such as poker or baccarat, to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, low-risk wagering to meet requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or any other structured misuse of promotional offers.
• Using 786wn for money laundering or any financial crime. We comply with anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity.
• Allowing a third party to use your 786wn account or accessing another player's account without their explicit authorisation.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Chargebacks initiated against deposits made to your 786wn account.
• Requests received under a player's self-exclusion arrangement.
• Inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant in accordance with our dormant account policy.

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting support. On voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance after deduction of any applicable fees will be returned to your verified payment method following standard verification procedures.

12 Intellectual Property
